OPERATOR LICENSING RETAKE EXAMINATION APPROVAL
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm the final arrangements for the upcoming operator licensing examination at the Catawba Nuclear Station.
The NRC has completed its review of the operator license application submitted in connec-tion with this examination. A list of approved applicants was provided to you by facsimile transmission on March 28, 2007. Please contact Mr. Gerry Laska at (404) 562-4626, or me at (404) 562-4607 if you did not receive this facsimile transmission. Note that any examination waivers and application denials have been addressed in separate correspondence.
The NRC has approved the subject examination and hereby authorizes you to administer the written examination on March 29, 2007, in accordance with Revision 9 of NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors.
Please contact your Mr. Gerry Laska, at (404) 562-4626, if you have any questions or identify any errors or changes in the license level (RO or SRO) or type of examination (partial or complete written examination and/or operating test) specified for each applicant.
