PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT - REQUESTS FOR RELIEF FROM ASME CODE, SECTION XI, RELIEF REQUEST NOS. RR 4-4, RR 4-8, AND RR 4-10 (TAC NOS. MD2407, MD2411, AND MD2413)
Dear Mr. Harden:
Your letter of June 12, 2006, requested relief from selected American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI requirements under Relief Request Nos. RR 4-4, RR 4-8, and RR 4-10 for the 4th Interval Inservice Inspection Program for Palisades Nuclear Plant.
Nuclear Management Company, LLC decided to withdraw these relief request in response to request for additional information by letters dated February 12, 2007 and March 21, 2007.
Hence, we are closing the task action commitment (TAC) Nos. MD2407, MD2411, and MD2413 for your June 12, 2006, application.
