By letter dated June 12, 2006, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a, Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted the 4th Interval Inservice Inspection (IS!) plan for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP). The relief requests included in the plan were submitted for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval.
The NRC staff requested additional information on February 8, 2007, and discussed the request with NMC on March 6,2007. Based on the time needed to prepare the responses to the additional information, NMC is withdrawing relief request 4-1 0. NMC plans to continue to evaluate options for future examinations as part of the overall IS1 plan.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
