Dear Mr. Morris:
This letter confirms the conversation between you and Ms. Lee Harmon, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for May 3, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. A meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Catawba Nuclear Station.
