Dear Sir or Madam:

The attachment provides supplemental information in support of Entergy's proposed license amendment to change the applicability of Pilgrim's pressure-temperature (P-T) curves described in Technical Specification Figures 3.6.1, 3.6.2, and 3.6.3 (Reference 1).

Based on discussions with the NRC staff, Entergy is revising the commitments to reflect that the Regulatory Guide 1.190 guidance will be used in the development of the revised P-T curves.

The commitments made in this letter are contained in Attachment 1.

This supplemental information does not invalidate the no significant hazards consideration determination included in Reference 1.

REGULATORY COMMITMENTS DUE DATE Submit to the NRC an action plan to improve 9/15/2007 benchmarking data to support approval of new P-T curves for Pilgrim using R.G. 1.190 guidance.

Submit updated P-T curves for Pilgrim to the 6/8/2010 NRC for approval.
