Containment Isolation Valves 3.6.3 3.6 CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS 3.6.3 Containment Isolation Valves LCO 3.6.3 Each required containment isolation valve shall be OPERABLE. I APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
