NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2, CORRECTED PAGE FOR AMENDMENT NOS. 249 AND 229 (TAC NOS. MD2107 AND MD2108)
Dear Mr. Christian:
On December 11, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos.
249 and 229 to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for the North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, to Virginia Electric and Power Company. However, it was discovered that TS page 5.5-16 should have been issued as 5.5-12, and your letter dated January 9, 2007, confirmed this discrepancy. This was an administrative error that does not affect the NRC staffs conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 249 and 229.
Enclosed are the corrected errata sheet and the corrected TS page 5.5-12 to replace the page 5.5-16 that was issued with Amendment Nos. 249 and 229. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
