The staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) hereby notifies the Licensing Board of the issuance of the December 29, 2006 update to the Safety Evaluation Report Related to Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (SER) (ADAMS Accession # ML063630424).
Compact disks of the Oyster Creek SER are enclosed. Paper copies will be made available upon request. Copies of the Oyster Creek SER on compact disks are also being provided to the parties by means of this letter.
The Staff further notifies the Licensing Board that the final SER will be published following the January 18, 2007, Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee meeting.
