To discuss a path forward and documentation necessary to support removal of an NRC-staff proposed penalty to the operating limit minimum critical power ratio (OLMCPR) on the use of NEDC-33173, "Applicability of GE Methods to Expanded Operating Domains," and on the Brown's Ferry Unit 1 extended power uprate application.
