STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby withdraws the referenced proposed amendment to South Texas Project Unit 2 Operating License NPF-80. The proposed amendment would have extended on a one-time basis, the Allowed Outage Time (AOT) associated with the Unit 2 Train C Essential Cooling Water (ECW) Pump.
STPNOC returned the Unit 2 Train C ECW Pump to service within the associated 7-day AOT permitted by Technical Specifications, therefore the one-time extension was not needed.
