The following are recommended mnonitoring a c tivi ties.

The actual monitoring programn'will vary with environmentall anid plant operating conditions at the discretion of the field team leader..

Water Temperature "Attempt to monitor water temperature (approx. 1 foot below the sur*face)-at the condenser discharge and dilution

If a written report is required, it shall be prepared by Environmental Specialists within 20 days.

The report shall be distributed to the appropriate regulatory agencies in accordance with Procedure 126..

5.0 RESPONSIBILICTES 5.1 The Manager Chemistry/Radwaste or designee shall be responsible for the review, approval and control for this procedure and shall assume the duties of field team leader during implementation of this procedure.
