Evaluations Using MACCS2 The MACCS2 code was used to evaluate severe accidents for the North Anna Power Station for two reactor designs: ABWR and AP1000.
These analyses are documented in the following files:
ABWR Analysis ABRUN98.OUT - output file for the ABWR MACCS2 run, includes listings of the input files used in the analysis (except dose factors and meteorological data)
AP1000 APRUN98.OUT - output file for the AP1OO0 MACCS2 run, includes listings of the input files used in the analysis (except dose factors and meteorological data)
Both analyses used the following supporting files:
DOSDATA.INP - radionuclide dose factors NMET98.INP - hourly meteorological data set for the year 1998.
Results of the analyses are compared to the results generated by the applicant in the MS Excel file: Result Comparison.xls.
