By letter dated September 13, 2006, as supplemented by letters dated October 11 and 23, 2006, you filed a petition, pursuant to Section 2.206 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, on behalf of the Citizens Awareness Network requesting that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission take certain actions regarding the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Plant.
