n vvnite - I 1-'e Status report Tor sept o, zuub September 5, 2006 Operational Status Indian Point Unit 2 is currently operating at 100% power and has been on line for 13 days.
Indian Point 3 is operating at 100% and has been on line for 46 days.
Groundwater Investigation Progress on Phase 2A wells (most recent set of wells to help characterize the, extent of Sr-90 contamination):
MW 54, located in the Unit 1 superheater structure, was drilled and completed (205' deep well). The well is being developed before sampling MW-65, located in front of the Unit 1 Chemical Storage Building, has been drilled MW-56, located on the south side of Unit 1, has been drilled MW-62, located on the waterfront by Unit 2, has been finished with casing to 41' Work continues on the other waterfront wells
.Entergy plans to obtain split samples for fish from the Hudson River next week. These samples will be divided among Entergy, NRC and New York State DEC.
