This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated October 26, 2006, which responded to the issues identified during the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Confirmatory Action Letter followup inspection of Inspection Procedure 95002 Issues Action Item Effectiveness, documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000440/2006014, dated September 20, 2006. We have reviewed your response and have no further questions at this time.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS),
