SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - NRC INITIAL OPERATOR LICENSING EXAMINATION APPROVAL 05000 50-361/2006301; 05000 50-362/2006301
Dear Mr. Rosenblum:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm the final arrangements for the upcoming operator licensing examinations at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
The NRC has completed its review of the operator license applications submitted in connection with this examination and separately provided a list of approved applicants to A. Hagemeyer, Operations Training Supervisor. Note that any examination waivers and applications denials have been addressed in separate correspondence.
The NRC has approved the subject examinations and hereby authorizes you to administer the written examination in accordance with Revision 9 of NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, on November 3, 2006. The NRC staff will administer the operating tests during the week of weeks of October 23 and October 30, 2006.
Please contact your Chief Examiner, Kelly Clayton, at (817) 860-8216, if you have any questions or identify any errors or changes in the license level (RO/SRO) or type of examination (partial or complete written examination and/or operating test) specified for each applicant.
