REPORT 05000285/2006015 NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Ridenoure:
Thank you for your letter of September 22, 2006, in response to our letters and Notice of
Violation dated July 24, and August 23, 2006, involving a failure to conduct an adequate
analysis of the effects of a design basis threat event identified at the Fort Calhoun Station. We
have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to
determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
