Duke Power Corporation LLC, d/b/a Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 Dockets Nos. 50-269,270, and 287 Withdrawal of Technical Specification Change Number 2005-04 By letter dated September 15, 2005 Duke requested the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approve Technical Specification Change Number 2005-04 regarding adoption of Generic Letter 96-03, "Relocation of the Pressure Temperature Limit Curves and Low Temperature Overpressure Protection System Limits". Duke has had numerous discussions with the NRC regarding this submittal and has informally responded to a Request for Additional Information (RAI).
As a result of recent discussions between Duke and the NRC, as well as other considerations, Duke has decided to withdraw this
-submittal and re-submit a revised-request at a later date.
