Submittal of Initial License Applications and request for Written Exam and Operating Tests to be Administered, 21 30-06-20390, August 31, 2006 The purpose of this letter is to submit a formal request to revise the dates of the Operating and Written Exams for the Initial License Applicants. As discussed between Mr. J. Vaccaro and Mr.
M. Sykes by telephone on Friday, September 8, we are requesting that the Operating Exam be changed to the week of October 2, 2006 followed by the Written Exam the week of October 9, 2006.
