This form provides: A) Proposed Examination Preparation Schedule; B) Initial Operator License Examinations; and, C) Proposed Generic Fundamentals Examination Schedule. The purpose of these estimates is to assist the NRC in budgeting and scheduling resources.

In response to this request, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, is providing the enclosed NRC Form 536 for the Palisades Nuclear Plant.

Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
