Dear Mr. Berg:
I am responding to your letter dated July 26, 2006 (revised letter with corrected page numbers received August 22, 2006), which forwarded your request for exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 74.19(b) and 10 CFR 74.19(c). We have completed the initial processing of your request, which is an administrative review.
We have determined that the information provided in the document is sufficient to begin the technical review. Please note that the technical review may identify omissions in the submitted information or technical issues not identified during the administrative review that require additional information. The technical review will be completed 90 days from the date of this letter.
