FOR THE LA CROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR (TAC NO. L60560)
Dear Mr. Berg:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has received your license amendment request, dated December 13, 2005, for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor. We have completed the initial processing of your request, which is an administrative review. We have determined that the information provided in your request is sufficient to begin a detailed technical review.
Please note that the detailed technical review may identify omissions in the submitted information or technical issues that require additional information. These will be forwarded to you under separate cover in the future. The staff expects to complete its technical review by April 28, 2006, if no request for additional information is needed.
