Dear Administrative Judges:

By letter dated August 21, 2006, the NRC Staff provided the Licensing Board and participants in this proceeding with two compact discs containing copies of its Audit Report and its Safety Evaluation with Open Items for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station License Renewal.

It has come to the Staffs attention that the date on the title page of that Audit Report was incorrect. This page has been corrected to reflect the date of issuance, August 18, 2006.

Enclosed herein for the Licensing Board and participants is a new CD containing the corrected Audit Report. Please replace the previous version of the Audit Report with the version on the enclosed CD. The paper copy of the Audit Report provided to the Licensing Board by letter dated August 25, 2006 was the corrected version. I apologize for any inconvenience.
