In a letter dated August 21, 2006, the NRC Staff provided the Licensing Board and participants in this proceeding with two compact discs containing copies of the Audit Report and the Safety Evaluation with Open Items for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station License Renewal. Subsequently, counsel for the Staff received a request from the Licensing Boards law clerk for hard copies of the two reports. Enclosed herein for the Licensing Board are hard copies of the Safety Evaluation and Audit Report.
