Dear Mr. OConnor:
In a telephone conversation on August 21, 2006, Mr. Robert Brown, General Supervisor of Operations Training, and Mr. Michael Brown, Operations Engineer, made arrangements for the U. S. Mr. Robert Brown has been advised of this request and provided with the name and address of the NRC lead inspector assigned to this inspection.
