Steve Ray returned to assume duties as Senior Resident Inspector from Nirodh (Nick) Shah who was assigned to Region III. Greg Roach assumed duties as Resident Inspector in July 2005.
There was one refueling outage for Unit 2 from April 19 to May 7 A Safety System Design and Performance Capability inspection (SSDPC) was performed in August A Problem Identification and Resolution (PI&R) was conducted in October

All findings were of very low safety significance (GREEN) z At the time the Annual Assessment was completed, NRC planned only baseline inspections at Braidwood for the remainder of the assessment period z Based on the recently issued WHITE finding for the unmonitored release of tritium a Supplemental Inspection is being planned
