'4 2003-0110 HO/Sa lem SOWE - Alleger indicated that there are significant problems with the Safety Conscious Work Environment.
Alleger's position (Mgr, Culture Transformation) has afforded her access to high level management at PSEG (up to and including Chairman of the Board). Alleger indicated that the focus of these higher level managers has been production over safety, and that her efforts to raise work environment concerns to them have not been received positively. (91/103)
Initially ARB'd 9/5/03. On 9/9103 alleger came to the regional office for a transcribed interview. The submittal was reviewed on 9/17/03. Follow-up ARB 10/2/03.
Acknowledgment letter sent out 10/16/03. 01 assist to staff (1 -2003-051 F) on SCWE. ARB'd on 10/28/03. On Monday, Nov. 20k, Karl Farrar expects to process the repsonse from PSEG that was sent to alleger's lawyer in refe~rence to her civil suit filed 'in NJ. Alfeger to discuss acknowledgment on Tuesday (NQvember 25) with Dave Vito. Possible media release by Christmas.
