Order (Effecting Immediately) Prohibiting Involvement in NCR-Licensed Activities (NRC Special Inspection Report NO 50-346/2002-08 (DRS) (NCR Investigation Report NO. 3-2002-006)
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is intended to withdraw the request of my client, Prasoon Goyal for a formal hearing regarding the one year suspension from any and all NRC licensed activities. The original request was made on January 24,2006, and extended the time frame for his answer until July 6,2006.
Specifically, Mr. Goyal repudiates the language in paragraph two of that request, which states Mr. Goyal herein denies any and all deliberate wrongdoing in the above incident. This language was intended as a general denial, merely to put the matters in issue. Mr. Goyal signed an agreement with the United States Department of Justice which more accurately represents his position.
