EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NOS. 50-321 AND 50-366
Dear Mr. Stinson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between myself and Mr. Ray Baker of your staff on July 10, 2006, concerning the cancellation of a management meeting (Category One public meeting), which had been scheduled for July 18, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. This meeting was cancelled at the request of the NRC due to scheduling conflicts and will be rescheduled at a future date. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss site tritium issues at the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
