ANNEX I APPENDIX 2 SPECIAL FACILITIES REQUIRING TRANSPORTATION A. The following facilities need special consideration should evacuation become a possibility.

1. Nursing Home Pleasant View Nursing Home, Route 2, Rock Port, MO (60 Beds) telephone 660/744-6252 - ten (10) mile area.
2. Day Care Centers
a. Atchison County Head Start Center, Route 4, Box 223A, Rock Port, MO (capacity 20), telephone number- 660/744-2616 - ten (10) mile area.
3. Schools Rock Port R-11 School, 600 Nebraska Street, Rock Port, MO, telephone 660/744-6294 (students & staff- 542) ten (10) mile area.
4. Other Atchison County Jail, Rock Port, MO, telephone 660/744-6271 (12 capacity) - ten (10) mile area.

B. Should there not be time for evacuation, the persons in these facilities will take shelter in place until authorities feel it is safe to move them. The Pleasant View Nursing Home will require five (5) ambulances in any move. Ninety percent (90%) of the patients are ambulatory. The nursing home is usually filled to a 90 to 100% capacity. A total evacuation would require two (2) buses and five (5) ambulances, all of which are available in the county.
