ERRATA TO LETTER DATED JUNE 19, 2006, (ML061740560) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: LICENSED OPERATOR POSITIVE FITNESS-FOR-DUTY TEST The letter dated June 19, 2006, referenced a wrong 10 CFR for the NRC's "Rules of Practice."
The correct one is 10 CFR 2.390, which has replaced 10 CFR 2.790.
