Dear Mr. Stinson:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Ray Baker of your staff and myself on June 27, 2006, concerning a Category 1 public meeting, being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for July 18, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the Regulatory Conference is to discuss tritium issues at the Hatch Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
