MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PUBLIC MEETING - MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION - DOCKET NOS. 50-369 AND 50-370
Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. N. Simms of your staff and Mr. M. Thomas of this office on May 4, 2006, concerning a Category 1 Technical Information Meeting, being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for May 19, 2006, from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations related to changes to the emergency operating procedures and Updated Final Safety Analysis Report that were reviewed during the McGuire component design basis inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
