Subject:

Followup on Security Officer Complaint to POGO Garmon, I spoke with John White of Region I regarding the complaints made to POGO by Beaver Valley and Millstone security officers about working too many hours. John informed me that the Region held a conversation with Mr. Peter Stockton of POGO on yesterday and was told that POGO does not currently have enough information to consider the complaint an allegation. POGO plans to have further conversations with its sources at the utilities to obtain additional information. The Region expects to receive a followup call from Mr. Stockton next week.

The Re!gion also contacted the licensees and was informed by the licensees that an audit of the security force working hours was performed with no indications of irregularities. The licensee is continuing to follow the issue and promised to call the Region next week to provide followup information.

The Region will continue to follow the issue and will provide information as it becomes available.

THE A13OVE INFORMATION WAS VERBALLY PASSED ON TO DAN DORMAN.
