CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS r BRAIDWOOD STATION RELEASES June 25, 2000 ............ Offsite release of 5,000 gallons (+/-) of diesel oil via drainage ditch on west side of plant. Original spill estimate reported as 5 gallons.

July 19, 2000 ............ Public Notice of Draft Permit, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) #IL0048321. Permit expiration date, 09/01/200(1.

August 17, 2000 ............ Letter from Village of Godley Attorney to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) requesting public hearing on NPDES Permit.

August 20 0 ............ March 2001 - Numerous meetings with State Agencies, Commonwmealth Edison/Exelon concerning spill, extent of spill, protection of shallow water, public water supply.

April 18, 2.001 ............ Lawsuit filed, Godley Park District vs. Commonwealth Edison a/k/a Exelon Corporation. Court'No. 01 L 216.

April 30, 2.002 ............ Attorney General Complaint against Commonwealth Edison/Exelon.

October 2002 ............ Commonwealth Edison/Exelon email concerning tritium spill, obtained during discovery. Dated June 28, 2001.

October 2002 ............ Godley Park District vs. Commonwealth Edison/Exelon, Defendants Motion For Protective Order concerning tritium.

November 8, 2002 ............ Godley Park District vs. Commonwealth Edison/Exelon, Motion to Voluntary Dismiss lawsuit.

November 11, 2002 ............ Test results showing 496 picoCuries per Liter (pC/L) in Godley Park District shallow well #2.

January 27, 2005 ............ NRC Document Response to Senator Richard Durbin, 2000 Tritium Release at Braidwood Nuclear Station.

March 14, 2005 ............ Phone call received form IEPA requesting copy of analysis showing tritium in park shallow well. IEPA contact stated recent analysis showed tritium in drainage ditch near park district on west side of plant and private well 4 miles east of plant towards Kankakee River.

April 27, 2005 ........ IEPA Public Hearing on NPDES Permit. Questions concerning tritium release in 2000.
