NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES ON ADDITION OF ANALYTICAL METHODOLOGY TO THE CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION By letter dated March 30, 2006 (Serial No.06-142), Dominion submitted a response to an NRC request for additional information concerning proposed Technical Specification changes associated with the addition of analytical methodology to the Core Operating Limits Report. Subsequent to this submittal, it was noted that, due to an administrative error, page 6 of 31 of the attachment to that letter was not included. The inadvertently omitted page is attached and should be incorporated into the attachment included in our March 30, 2006 submittal.

This standard deviation corresponds to a *.862% uncertainty, treated as a normal, two-sided, 95% probability distribution. This assumed uncertainty represents the minimum required accuracy for RCS flow and bounds the quantified uncertainty.
