Dear Mr. Rosenblum:
This letter is in response to your submittal dated December 20, 2005, and referenced letter dated May 5, 2005, in which you proposed a revision to your security plan for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. We have reviewed your changes and find them acceptable in meeting the provisions of Paragraph 73.55(a) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR). The security plan may be changed under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
A copy of our SE with regard to your security plans (designated as Safeguards Information) is provided in Enclosure 2.
