ERRATA LETTER FOR
PUBLIC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
CATAWBA NUCLEAR STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-413, 50-414, 72-45
Dear Mr. Jamil:
This letter is being sent to you to correct an error in the cover letter to our meeting announcement dated March 16, 2006, for the public Annual Assessment Meeting. In that letter, we incorrectly referred to your Catawba Nuclear Station as the Catawba Electric Generating Plant. Please replace the original cover letter with the enclosed corrected cover letter. We apologize for any resulting inconvenience.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

This letter confirms the conversation between Ms. Sandra McGee, of your staff, and Mr. Eugene Guthrie, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 26, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Catawba Electric Generating Plant.
