This is the first letter to you.
I am a professor of Japanese university, and staying at Rutgers University as a visiting scholar since last September. My research activity is supported by Fulbright program.
One of my research topics is public involvement on environmental management.
For understanding current situation in the US, I would like to attend the public meeting on Oyster Creek EIS as just an observer.
I appreciate very much you would tell me weather I can attend this meeting.
