Re: G20050709, Resolution from Berkeley Township re. Oyster Creek Donna/Peter: In the past, we've treated some Township and County resolutions as 2.206s and some not.
I think we have to look at the stated justifications to determine if there is anything that hasn't already been addressed by the staff. Peter, perhaps you can look into the stated bases and we can discuss it briefly at out 1 PM PRB tomorrow.
