Follow-up - details on delivery of AMP basis documents As noted yesterday when we provided the AMP basis documents for FAC and RWCU, we are providing here the details as to which AMP basis documents will be provided by when. I have cut and pasted this information from a spreadsheet we have - it appears clear on my screen but let me know if gets jumbled up through the e-mail process. You should see a four column table, with column one indicating the transmittal batch number, column 2 the date, colimn three the AMP program number and column four the AMP name.
We are focused on delivering these products on this schedule, but if for some reason there needs to be any adjustments to the schedule from our end, we will let you know. Also, if for some reason (e.g., a reviewer's individual schedule) it would be significantly better to get a certain AMP package delivered to you earlier, let us know and we will attempt to adjust our plan.
Again, as noted yesterday, our team is also preparing substantial backup documentation for each program, in the form of program notebooks, similar to what the Audit team saw at Brunswick and Brown's Ferry, that will be immediately available to the reviewers when they arrive at site on January 23, 2006.
