Document Control Desk Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit Nos. 1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-220 & 50410 Clarification Regarding Use of Supplemental Responders and Commitment to Incorporate Number of Supplemental Responders in the Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide clarifications identified as necessary during recent telephone conversations conducted between Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station (NMPNS) and NRC staff (see References a and b). Specifically, this letter will accomplish the following:
- 1. Affirm commitments regarding the use and number of supplemental responders at NMPNS,
- 2. Provide a commitment for revising the Nine Mile Point Security Plan to incorporate specific information regarding use and number of supplemental responders, and
- 3. Remove the potential for misinterpreting specific items in the Force-on-Force Inspection Report L Woi This document contain:i SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21.
