Job Description Kymn Harvin, Manager, Culture Transformation PSEG Nuclear Duties include:
Design, develop and implementation a strategy to shift the PSEG Culture from being a fear-and past-based culture to a visionlinspiration/results-oriented culture; Act as the Leadership Coach to the Executive Leadership Team, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and others; Act as the Leadership Coach to the Operations organizations and the Outage Teams to catalyze, top performance; To coalesce the Directors into a high performing team managing the day-to-day operations of the site; To support teamwork within workgroups and between organizations; To participate in executive and management meetings designed to get issues on the table and have them addressed; To bring issues to the executive and management team that are barriers to excellence performance and provide coaching/guidance where appropriate in solving those issues; To act as speechwriter and public speaking coach to the executive team and others upon request; To design All Hands and other site meetings to improve communication and employee morale.
