Request Under 10 CFR § 2.390 and 9.17 to Withhold Materials from Public Disclosure

Dear Ms. Brock:

As I mentioned in my January 31 letter, FENOC has asked the owners of documents that may contain proprietary information to review their documents and to supply FENOC with affidavits by mid-January 2006 for any such document that the owners determine should be withheld from public disclosure. Consequently, in this letter I am forwarding to you the vendor affidavits that FENOC has received so far:

I.

Affidavit of Mark Seymour, of the Trentec division of Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Service Corporation, requesting withholding of an August 31, 2001 budgetary pricing information (attached); and

2.

Three affidavits from Gayle Elliott, of Framatome ANP, requesting withholding from public disclosure the documents listed in the tables attached to each of the three affidavits.

Both of these vendors request that all of the documents cited in their affidavits be withheld in their entirety. Consequently, I am not providing any redacted documents in this submittal. I expect to have the remaining vendor affidavits in hand shortly and will forward them to you once I receive them.

Please feel free to call me; or, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the enclosed affidavits, then feel 'free to contact the vendors directly.
