Situation Descriptions:

1. One (1) employee was confirmed positive for cocaine as a result of a for cause test.
2. Six (6) short term contractors were confirmed positive for marijuana as a result of pre-access tests.
3. One (1) short term contractor left the building prior to his collection being completed resulting in a refusal to test.

Management Actions:

All individuals were denied unescorted access.

A review of safety-related work was performed, where applicable. No remedial actions were required.
