WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) - NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SIGNATORY AUTHORITY - WBN AIR PERMIT 448529 In accordance with the requirement contained in WBN air permit NUMBER 448529, this letter is to notify you that the individual currently assigned the responsibility for environmental permitting affairs has changed. The responsibility for WBN environmental permitting affairs has been reassigned to the position of the Acting Chemistry/Environmental Manager, Betsy M. Eiford-Lee. Ms. Eiford-Lee is hereby authorized to sign all reports. All previous representations, agreement to terms and conditions, and covenants made by George Vickery and/or Robert J.
Crawford that were used in establishment of' limiting permit conditions will continue to be binding on WBN until such time that a permit revision is obtained that would change said representations, agreements and covenants. This authorization is to include the Lab Ops Manager, Michael E. Greeno in the event of the absence of the Acting Chemistry/Environmental Manager.
The position of the Acting Chemistry/Environmental Manager is responsible for nonradiological environmental compliance monitoring and reporting. The Acting Chemistry/Environmental Manager's address for all future correspondence is as follows:
