1) Letter L-HU-06-001 from Nuclear Management Company, LLC to Document Control Desk, "Application for Technical Specification Improvement Regarding Steam Generator Tube Integrity", dated February 16, 2006.

By letter dated January 20,2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Generic Letter (GL) 2006-01. The NRC required that specific information be provided within 30 days of the date of this Generic Letter. The NRC is requesting in Option1 confirmation that licensees have submitted a request to modify the Steam Generator (SG) portion of the Technical Specifications (TS) that is consistent with Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) 449, Revision 4, or provide a regulatory commitment detailing plans and schedule for submitting such request.

Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted a License Amendment Request (LAR) for the above listed plants on February 16, 2006 (Reference 1). The LAR follows the guidance described in TSTF-449 and, in those cases where deviations are required, explanations have been provided.
