KEWAUNEE POWER STATION MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 INTEGRITY AND ASSOCIATED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 2006-01. STEAM GENERATOR TUBE On January 20, 2006, the NRC issued Generic Letter (GL) 2006-01. The GL requested that licensees either confirm that they have submitted a request to modify the steam generator (SG) portion of their Technical Specifications (TS) to be consistent with Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) traveler TSTF-449, Rev. 4, or provide a regulatory commitment detailing their plans and schedule for submitting such a request.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(f), DNC, and Dominion commit to submit license amendment requests that modify the applicable portions of the TS consistent with TSTF-449, Rev. 4. The license amendments for Millstone Units 2 and 3, North Anna Units 1 and 2 and Surry Units 1 and 2 will be submitted by May 31, 2006.
On January 12, 2006, DEK submitted a license amendment that included modifications to the SG portion of the Kewaunee TS, which is consistent with TSTF-449, Rev. 4.
