Dear Dr. Webb:
This is in response to your letter to me dated January 21, 2006. This letter along with those we received from you on January 9, 12, 18 and 19, were provided to the staff members you mentioned once we had received complete versions of the letters and had them placed in our document control system. We will review the information in these and any subsequent letters to determine if there is a need for more detailed technical work by the staff.
Regarding your request for documents, I have enclosed the three specific documents dated April 25, 28, and 29, 1979, that you mentioned. My staff retrieved them from the document management system described in Mr. Wiggins letter. For other documents, I suggest you first try to retrieve them from the NRCs Agency-Wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible through our public website or through the Freedom of Information Act process, which is also accessible via our website.
