Grandmothers, Mothers and More for Energy Safety, New Jersey Public Interest Research Group, New Jersey Sierra Club, and New Jersey Environmental Federation (collectively "Petitioners") hereby request that the deadline for response to Amergen's motion to strike be moved to January 13, 2006. Amergen and NRC staff have consented to this extension.
The reason for the extension is that Petitioners were in the process of transferring counsel when the motion to strike was made. Thus, in order to facilitate that transition, the other parties in this proceeding consented to the extension.
